How to change the title bar icon in Adobe AIR

I cannot figure out how to change the title bar icon (the icon in the furthest top left corner of the application) in Adobe AIR. It is currently displaying the default 'Adobe AIR' red icon.

I have been able to change it in the system tray, however.

I finally found the solution to this problem "303 app.xml icon file is missing in package"

create the assets folder inside src instead of application folder

try to put all versions of the icon sizes

<image16x16>assets/icon16.png</image16x16>
<image32x32>assets/icon32.png</image32x32>
